Curves, Wedges & Wonky Log Cabins - Haliburton July 2015

We had a fantastic week exploring contemporary construction techniques at the Haliburton School of the Arts. We even had plugs that came down from the sky! The students worked really hard and dug deep to create completely original designs - many breaking through 30 years or more of making quilts using only rectilinear blocks, and a few were just beginning their textile art journey....  We shared stories and laughter and a passion for all things fibre related. Many thanks to all the staff and students for making this a completely marvellous experience!
