Wrap & Rust Dyeing with Fibreworks in Kingston September 2014
A creativity explosion happened with the wonderful group of textile artists I taught this weekend. We foraged, gathered, observed, shared, wrapped, boiled, stirred, recorded data, unwrapped, hung to dry, shared some more, simmered, waited patiently, and planned what to do with all this beautiful new rust and botanically printed cloth! Enjoy the pictures of our magical time together. Thanks to Beth Garner and Heather Buchan for planning and hosting so graciously and to all the artists who came to play with such joyful abandon! Thank you so much. I had a wonderful time with you all!
